Ransomware attack communications #1

Dear Valued Customer and Supplier Partner,

We regretfully advise that Viridian has fallen victim to a ransomware attack, disabling all of our systems.

As a consequence, effective immediately, we are unable to enter, process or deliver any orders until the issue is resolved. At this stage we anticipate resuming normal operations by Friday 9th September 2022.

We are acutely aware of the inconvenience that this will cause you and we ask for your understanding and patience during this time.

We will keep you updated as things progress. In the meantime, your Account Manager is available on mobile should you have any further queries.
